Returns and Refunds

We hope that you love your purchase but if something isn’t right, or you have changed your mind, please begin a return by notifying us via email on peaceofcrystal@outlook.com. This should be done within 7 days of receiving your item.

 

You will then have 14 days to return the item from the point of email. 

You the buyer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item and are not liable for any losses or damages during the return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, this includes within the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for damage to be approved for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 days.

Unfortunately we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
